Classes

Shake it up Baby!
(Music and dance for moms and tots)
This class is designed for toddlers 1 1/2 to 3 years of age and their parents.
Sing, dance, and create a musical environment with your child using creative
movement games, songs, and nursery rhymes. Children can wear comfortable
clothing and tied shoes for safety.

Movin' & Shakin'
This class will encourage teamwork as children share space and explore their own rhythm and movement together. The class encourages free expression while teaching basic elements of dance, movement quality and body awareness. The class is designed for children 3 to 4 years old. Children should wear comfortable clothing or any color leotard w/ footless tights. Children will be asked to dance in their bare feet.

Tappin' Toddlers
This class is designed for children ages 3 to 4 years old. The first half of class
involves students' having fun tapping their feet to music and learning basic rhythm
and tap skills. The second half of class involves students removing their tap shoes
and continuing movement exercises in their bare feet. Separating the class into two segments allows the students to further explore movement to different rhythms.
Children should wear comfortable clothing or any color leotard w/ footless tights.
Children will need basic black tap shoes.

Storybook Ballet
(summer session only)
This class is for the budding ballerina between the ages of three and six years old.
Make a fairy tale come to life with movement. Children will read a new story each
class, create their own prop and bring to life their favorite fairy tale characters.
Children should wear comfortable clothing or any color leotard. Children will be
asked to dance in their bare feet or ballet shoes (ballet shoes are not required).
